Peter Farlekas

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Peter provides direction and oversees all aspects of Mill Creek Renewables to ensure that the company’s strategic goals and business objectives are met. Prior to leading Mill Creek Renewables Creek, Peter was most recently the Managing Director Clean Energy Ventures Project and Asset Management at New Jersey Resources. Before joining New Jersey Resources, he was the President of Cypress Creek Renewables EPC responsible for installing over 2.5 gigawatts of solar. Peter has overseen and has been responsible for over $3 billion in solar installations.

Michael Belikoff, PE

President

Michael Belikoff is Mill Creek Renewables’ President, where he manages a highly skilled leadership team committed to delivering projects to our customers safely, on time and at a high level of quality.  Mr. Belikoff fosters a culture of continuous improvement, empowering the team to enhance its capabilities over time and uphold industry-leading standards at MCR. Mr. Belikoff has over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, and for the last 15+ years has held leadership roles in renewable energy companies which have developed, performed EPC work and O&M services on over 50 GWs of solar, BESS and wind projects. Mr. Belikoff has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.

Kevin Donegan

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Kevin collaborates closely with the CEO to formulate and execute Mill Creek Renewables’ vision and strategy. As Mill Creek’s COO, Kevin is responsible for both the efficiency of the entire organization and all operations involved in driving a project to commercial operation and beyond. Prior to joining Mill Creek Renewables, Kevin was Senior Vice President of EPC at AES Clean Energy. Before AES, Kevin served as Senior Vice President of EPC at Cypress Creek Renewables.  With over 19 years of experience in the solar industry, Kevin has touched all phases of construction, from solar design to installation and quality control. Kevin holds his electrician’s license in several states and has overseen the construction of hundreds of MW.

Marta Farrell

Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel

Marta has responsibility for Mill Creek Renewables’ legal affairs, corporate matters, risk management, compliance, and development of its legal department. Critically important to the role is the legal support required for significant corporate expansion, increasingly complex projects, and key customer relationships. She supports all facets of renewable energy projects, having developed contracting approaches and procedures to expedite and facilitate the strategic and legal process. Marta’s notable experience in the energy sector is a considerable asset to Mill Creek Renewables. She is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of legal and management experience in both the technology and solar industry. Her prior experience with Baker McKenzie, Hewlett Packard/Agilent Technologies, Advanced Energy, and Cypress Creek Renewables brings highly relevant, market-specific depth to the leadership team. Marta is a graduate of the University of Texas (BA in English), South Texas Houston College of Law (JD), and University of Washington (LL.M.). 

Louis Gasper, PE

Executive Vice President, Strategy

As Executive Vice President, Strategy, Lou collaborates closely with the CEO to establish and execute Mill Creek Renewables’ strategic initiatives. Lou utilizes his unique blend of deep engineering know-how and understanding of project economics with Mill Creek’s construction expertise to deliver industry leading solutions to our clients. Lou is also a key member of the Business Development team and has a proven track record of scaling businesses to industry leading success. Prior to joining Mill Creek Renewables, Lou was most recently VP, Engineering for DSD – a GE spinoff solar development and asset ownership platform backed by BlackRock. Before DSD, Lou served as the VP, Engineering for Cypress Creek Renewables (CCR) leading engineering on 2.5GW of projects spanning 200+ projects. Lou previously led the engineering team of Gehrlicher Solar/M+W Energy, which grew to a $500mm business in 4 years. Lou is a Registered Professional Engineer in Electric Power Systems.

Mark Gasper

Senior Vice President of Construction Services

As Senior Vice President of Construction Services, Mark is responsible for managing and growing Mill Creek Renewable’s consulting services group.  Additionally, Mark leads commercial contract preparation and negotiations in close collaboration with the project teams and our external partners.  Mark has over 25 years of large-scale commercial construction experience, while focusing on the renewable energy sector since 2007.  Since that time, he has been involved in every aspect of solar development, from inception to operation of 200+ projects throughout the US as well as Puerto Rico.  Prior to joining Mill Creek, he managed his own solar consulting firm and held senior leadership positions at several industry-leading organizations, including Cypress Creek Renewables and IKEA North America, where he was responsible for developing their solar rooftop program into one of the top 10 largest portfolios in the US.  Mark is a lifelong resident of Pennsylvania, earning his BS degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management from Temple University.

Roberto Bachman

Vice President of  Engineering

As head of engineering, Roberto is responsible for leading electrical, civil, and structural designs. Also supporting the procurement and construction teams with technical reviews and questions. Roberto has over 22 years of experience in the solar industry designing commercial, residential, and utility scale solar projects. This includes taking projects from inception thru construction and operation. He has worked with some of the leading pioneers in the solar industry, such as Ascension Technologies which lead solar monitoring through the 90’s, Solar Design Associates which lead in architectural solar projects, and Spire which led in the manufacturing of the equipment to make and test solar modules. He has a broad range of experience from off grid, building integrated systems and grid-tied systems. These systems have been installed across the U.S. and overseas. More recently he was leading the designs of over 200 utility scale solar projects ranging from 2MW to over 100MW with Cypress Creek Renewables.

Lori Ribeiro

Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Lori is responsible for leading business development, sales, and account management activities.  Lori has over 20 years of experience in the solar industry including prior experience in project development, project management and consulting.  She has worked for industry leading solar companies including Signal Energy, M+W Group, Gehrlicher Solar, Nexamp, and Bluewave. Her portfolio includes over 350MW of projects, including ground mount, rooftop and canopy projects.  Lori is recognized as a pioneer in developing solar on landfill and brownfield sites, some of which have received national recognition for excellence.  She has an A.B. from Harvard College and Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mike Curtin

Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Mike will oversee revenue growth in EPC, Repower, Development and our EV division. Along with developing new opportunities for MCR, he will strengthen relationships with existing clients and help them grow their Renewable portfolios. His ability to forge strong high-level relationships, deliver on commitments and offer expert advice to clients, enable Mike to assist MCR in our aggressive growth trajectory. His experience in the solar industry started in 2009 when he excelled at winning high-profile accounts such as IKEA, Home Depot and Cox Communications as well as building large utility projects totaling over 75MW. Prior to his entry into renewables, Mike was a partner at a $500 million NYC based Ergonomics company, then owned a staffing firm that serviced various industries including renewables. He graduated from Villanova University with a BS in Marketing.

Jim Savage

Senior Vice President of Administration and Operations

As the Senior Vice President of Administration and Operations at Mill Creek Renewables, Jim holds a pivotal role overseeing, strategizing, coordinating, and supervising all Human Resources, Administrative, and Operational functions. With over 17 years of extensive experience in the solar industry, he has held various key management positions encompassing solar equipment, as well as the development and construction of commercial, residential, and utility-scale solar projects. His most recent role prior to joining Mill Creek Renewables was as the Director of Project Support for Clean Energy Ventures at New Jersey Resources, contributing significantly to advancing clean energy initiatives. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Administration and Operations at Cypress Creek Renewables EPC, renowned for installing over 2.5 gigawatts of solar energy Projects. Jim's qualifications include a BS in Engineering from Rutgers University and an MS from The Johns Hopkins University. Jim's wealth of experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in driving the success and growth of Mill Creek Renewables.

Patrick Lear

Vice President, Controller

As Controller, Patrick leads the company’s financial planning and accounting, as well as the internal and external financial reporting. Patrick brings 10 years of accounting experience in the solar industry. Starting as an accounts payable associate, working his way up to project accountant, then project controls manager, and now controller. Overall, he brings a wealth of knowledge from many different facets of an organization. Over the course of 10 years, Patrick has been financially responsible for over $3 billion in solar installation across 2.5GW of projects ranging in size from 2MW to 250MW. Prior to joining Mill Creek, Patrick spent 4 years at Cypress Creek Renewables and 6 years at Gehrlicher Solar, M+W Energy & Exyte Energy. 

Jeffrey Simpson

Vice President of Preconstruction and Procurement

As Vice President of Preconstruction and Procurement, Jeffrey collaborates closely with the COO, preconstruction, and procurement teams to formulate and execute Mill Creek Renewables’ development and execution strategy.  Jeffrey is responsible for reviewing all new client proposals as well as overseeing all procurement activities. Prior to joining Mill Creek Renewables, Jeffrey was General Manager of a large scale Industrial/Utility Contractor.  Graduating from Drexel University with a BS in Operations Management and Industrial Engineering, he Joined the local union labor force to gain valuable field experience.  Most of his career was spent working, estimating and managing Power Generation, Refineries and large scale commercial electrical installations.  He started that company’s Renewables Division and grew it from inception to the successful installation of over 400mw.  With over 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeffrey has managed all phases of construction, from electrical to mechanical to civil.  Jeffrey holds his Master Electrician License in several states.

Dino Nicastro

Senior Director of Project Management

As Mill Creek’s Director of Project Management, Dino is responsible for leading the project management team as it coordinates and supports all phases of project construction, including utility, landowner, and local jurisdiction interface; transitioning projects from development to construction; and working closely with the engineering and quality control teams. With over 12 years of experience in the solar industry, Dino has touched all phases of construction, from solar design to installation and quality control. Dino holds his General Contractors license in several states and has overseen the construction of over 550 MW of solar.  Dino joins the Mill Creek Renewables team from Cypress Creek Renewables.    

Colby Webb

Director of Project Management

As Mill Creek’s Director of Project Management, Colby is responsible for leading the Utility-scale project management team as it coordinates and supports all phases of project construction, including project review, contract negotiations, and client communications. With over 8 years of experience in the solar industry, Colby has overseen the construction of over 800 MW of solar. Prior to joining the Solar industry, he served 7 years as a member of the 4th Civil Engineering Squadron in the United States Air Force. Colby joins the Mill Creek Renewables team from Cypress Creek Renewables and Signal Energy.       

Madeline Newton

Associate Director of Project Management

As Mill Creek’s Associate Director of Project Management, Madeline leads project managers through handoff of the project from development to final close out, identifying pinch points and potential risks with the projects during engineering, procurement, and construction. With 8 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, including almost 3 years at Mill Creek from the start of the company, Madeline has been involved with streamlining cross-departmental communications, process development and improvement, as well as training implementation. Madeline joined Mill Creek Renewables, bringing her previous experience from the NC Clean Energy Technology Center, Cypress Creek Renewables, and Ecoplexus.

James Nichols

Director of Safety

As Director of Safety for Mill Creek Renewables, James brings 10+ years of experience developing, directing, and optimizing innovative health, safety, and environmental strategies/programs.  James is an outside the box visionary thinker, committed to driving continuous improvements in hazard management, risk elimination, and regulatory compliance to create a culture of safety.  James served 16 years in law enforcement, which led him to becoming a fatality accident investigator for large insurance companies across the US, before transitioning into a Safety/Rick Management roll.

Justin Skalko

Director of Quality Assurance and Quality Control

As Mill Creek’s Director of Quality Assurance, Justin is responsible for defining, establishing, implementing, and overseeing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plan for all Mill Creek projects.  As a team-approach minded person, he works closely with cross-departmental leadership to assure delivery of the highest quality projects while maintaining schedules and budgets.  Justin is a graduate from the University of North Dakota, has been in the solar industry for 14 years, with experience in all aspects of construction, managing and commissioning sites.  Justin joins the Mill Creek Renewables team from Borrego, where he was the Senior Quality Manager.
