May 12, 2022 - Mill Creek Renewables (MCR) is very proud to announce the commercial operation of 24 MWs of Community Solar located in New York, and an additional 2 MW energy storage system. The five sites are in the towns of Richland (2.5 MW plus 2 MW energy storage), Brier Hill (7.0 MW), Silver Creek (7.5 MW), Hyde Park (4.7 MW and 2.4 MW). We are excited to reach this important milestone, not just for our company, but those commercial and residential customers in New York that will benefit from clean, reliable energy.  The projects are expected to produce 33,600,000 kWh in the first year, enough to power 2,999 homes and offset the equivalent of 23,812 metric tons of carbon dioxide.

We express our gratitude to our client DSD Renewables for partnering with us on these projects and we congratulate our team for this milestone achievement. We look forward to more opportunities to partner with businesses that share our passion for renewable energy.
